How can I book the car?
Booking car can happen over call or email, however the booking gets confirmed only after the advance payment is done via Gpay/ Phonepay/ UPI Id/ Account transfer or cash. For further details contact 9535753005/8050136061.
What are the documents needed to take the car on rent?
Before renting the car you will have to provide us with ORIGINAL Driving license and ID proof (Adhaar and pan card is accepted) whereas, For international customers and NRI's, their Passport or Home agreement is only accepted as ID proof.
How is one day calculated?
From the time you take the car till next 24 hours is considered to be one day.
Is there any security deposit taken?
Yes, as security deposit you are asked to deposit Rs.2000 and also your two-wheeler along with ORIGINAL Driving license/RC card, if two-wheeler can't be deposited then you can submit ORIGINAL passport and the above mentioned deposit amount that gets refunded once the car is returned to us. Till what time will the bookings be accepted?
We operate from 7=>00am to 11=>00pm. You can contact or send an email to 9535753005/8050136061 or [email protected] respectively to book cars at .
Till what time can the car be dropped back to the garage?
We operate till 11=>00pm. Therefore, the car is expected to be dropped within the mentioned time. Any delay in the dropping hours will attract a fine of Rs.300/hr up to 3 hours, if the delayed time is more than 3 hours then one day rental charge will be levied.
Do we have to sign any kind of agreement?
Yes, you are supposed to sign an agreement in person before picking up the car from garage.
When will the car rental agreement get terminated?
The agreement will be considered terminated only when the car is returned to us without any damage and also has not violated any conditions that are specified under terms and conditions in the agreement. If any damage is caused or violations have been imposed then until all the fines are paid/legal procedures are completed, the agreement will not be terminated.
What if I leave something in the car?
We will try our best to help you find your belongings but we cannot guarantee the same. So, please check the car thoroughly before handing it to the garage.
What procedures are to be followed in case of an accident?
Accidents are unforeseen situations that can be caused due to our negligence or external forces. In this situation, we request you to kindly contact emergency services like an ambulance or road assistance at haste and contact 9535753005 / 8050136061 for further assistance.
